The covid-19 pandemic was a life changing experience, a whole new situation for everyone. Especially for TOYOTA, the leading car brand in Greece, that due to the lockdown and having all the dealerships closed for more than three months, experienced 70% sales decline.

In just 25 days, TOYOTA implemented and launched for the first time in Greece a new, innovative service, an online car reservation tool, which enabled customers to complete the purchase online, while transferring the dealership experience digitally.  By launching a new car sales channel, they were able to restart sales and create a new touchpoint with the consumer.
