Social Media Manager / Capability: Entertainment - Talent Management

Ogilvy seeks to recruit a Social Media Manager to work with its award winning team on Entertainment and be appointed on the Talent Management capability.

Social media platforms have redefined the entertainment industry by intersecting entertainment and interactivity, through new types of content that give significant influence to content creators, their fans, and subscribers.

For our Talent Management capability, we are seeking for a passionate Social Media Manager who will work closely with our talent portfolio to create and curate social content at heart.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Advertising field is a plus
  • 3 years experience in social media performance reporting after gathering and analyzing data and insights needed to formulate development and recommendation for client delivery
  • Mastery of relevant tools for social media across multiple platforms to include Facebook for Business, Instagram for Business & YouTube for Brands
  • Work on social media strategy and proceed with its implementation by conceiving, crafting, and executing innovative ideas on time
  • Strategically produce creative static and video content to tell compelling as well as engaging stories
  • Conceive, craft, and execute static images and dynamic video edits that captivate a social-driven audience
  • Build unique assets and reformat existing footage for social platforms to enhance content performance across social platforms
  • Maintain monthly content calendars with a focus on entertaining storytelling, in order to engage viewers and convey all that is good about artists and brands assigned
  • Assist during live projects and cover live experiences such as concerts and city events in order to publish real-time content to engage in a meaningful way followers and potential prospects
  • Drive multi-channel programs and campaign development, working with multi-disciplinary teams in 360 campaigns
  • Ensure data-driven social media performance (reporting, analytics and competitive analysis) after gathering and analyzing data and insights needed
  • Work with performance team for campaign launches, analytic tracking, and optimization
  • Internal & external stakeholders communication, presentation and effective problem-solving skills
  • Effective community management and customer/fan engagement with fans in a real & authentic way
  • Continually survey and discuss social media, digital competition and social media trends
