Social Media Manager / Account Management

Ogilvy seeks to recruit a Social Media Manager / Account Management to join its award-winning team, overseeing content implementation, insights analysis & community engagement for high-profile clients in dynamic, results-driven social-first strategies & campaigns. 

Reporting to the Account Director & Group Account Director, they will be a creative brand & corporate comms champion, an innovation-driven agency facilitator, and a trusted partner to both clients and internal teams. We will rely on their skills around data analysis, strategic content evaluation, and community growth & engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for steering integrated projects from insight to execution, ensuring content resonates, communities thrive, results are measurable, and strategies continuously evolve based on performance and emerging trends. 

Requirements:

  • Passion for Social Media & Digital Communication. 
  • At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in content strategy, analytics, platform & community management across multiple social media (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, TikTok et al.). 
  • Experience in reporting & respective tools management, after gathering and analyzing data/insights aligned with client objectives. 
  • Work closely with performance & media teams for always-on content & campaign bursts. 
  • Familiarity with social listening / competitive analysis tools (Emplifi, Sprinklr, Brandwatch etc.), along with integrating AI-driven tools into optimization & reporting. 
  • Align with Account, Creative & Production teams for content handling / uploading. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred). 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, incl. presentations, with confidence in client-facing interactions & strategic discussions. 
  • Effective problem-solving, strong negotiation & selling skills. 
  • Fluency in written and spoken English required.  

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze social media performance and deliver insight-driven reports and creative recommendations, based on analytics and audience feedback, aligned with marketing and business KPIs. 
  • Present results, recommendations, and optimization strategies in formal client meetings.  
  • Oversee authentic engagement in brand communities, building long-term audience connection and loyalty. 
  • Co-create and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms. 
  • Oversee content / campaign strategy implementation, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery/on-air, in a client-facing capacity. 
  • Identify trends and opportunities to strengthen brand presence and engagement. 
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring alignment with best practices in analytics, content, and community.
