Senior Influence Executive

Ogilvy seeks to recruit a Senior Influence Executive to work with its team on its top clients. Reporting to the Influence Manager, they will be directly responsible for the ideation, project management and execution of influencer campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Assisting in the implementation of influencer campaigns on a day-to-day basis, including identifying potential influencers, supporting campaign execution, and providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Actively participating in the development of influencer strategies for clients, including suggesting objectives, targets, action plans, influencer selection, content calendars, and budgets under the guidance of the Influence Manager.
  • Finding, contacting, and managing relationships with influencers and content creators on various social media platforms, such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter.
  • Maintaining and updating the influencer database to ensure its accuracy.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners, such as talent agencies and production companies, to successfully deliver influencer programs for clients.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and best practices and sharing knowledge and insights with the team to keep the agency competitive and up to date with the latest influencer marketing strategies.
  • Providing support on various projects as needed, which may involve attending client events and conferences, drafting press releases and articles, following up with the media to generate publicity, responding to phone calls and emails from journalists, providing analytics reports and creating presentations.

Qualifications

  • Passion for influencer marketing with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the field.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
  • Demonstrate experience in building productive relationships with both clients & influencers.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
  • Experience with influencer campaign management tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
