Senior Account Manager

Requirements:

  • Having experience in handling accounts with credibility and confidence for at least 3-5 years in this role within an advertising/marketing agency with a strong emphasis on retail and activation processes (agency experience with multinational clients is highly valued for this role).
  • Possessing a Bachelor's degree in the Marketing/Advertising field is a prerequisite.
  • Grasping key client objectives and challenges and simplifying complex client offerings to develop strategic and creative propositions that cut through.
  • Supporting the Group Account Director and fostering a team player environment where all team members can excel.
  • Exhibiting a keen attention to detail while maintaining a holistic view of the big picture.
  • Showcasing exceptional organizational skills and effectively managing complexity across parallel projects.
  • Displaying fluency in English.
  • Embracing agility, honesty, and a continuous willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

  • Overview the implementation of our client projects such as artworks, Leading and successfully delivering various projects across integrated channels, while being the client's 'go-to' on all project aspects.
  • Taking charge of various projects, ensuring regular updates to the Group Account Director and seeking assistance when necessary.
  • Cultivating strong collaborative connections with clients in middle management positions.
  • Receiving project briefs and collaborating with the Group Account Director, the team and other capability leads to define an effective project approach.
  • Leading the execution of projects, including client presentations, internal meetings, managing all creative deliverables according to the agreed timeline, resource allocation, and final output.
  • Engaging in business-related discussions with clients, handling scope changes appropriately and escalating when necessary.
