Payroll Specialist & Benefits Administrator / Maternity Cover

Ogilvy seeks to recruit a Payroll Specialist & Benefits Administrator to be part of our Company’s People Team and report to the People Director.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business and Human Resources.
  • Previous experience in a similar role of at least 1-2 years.
  • Experience in the information system of the Hellenic Ministry of labor (ERGANI).
  • Expertise in Epsilon Net’s Pylon payroll software system will be a plus.
  • Knowledge of MS office.
  • Fluent in Greek and English.
  • Excellent organization, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to identify risk, solve problems and manage multiple priorities.
  • Good sense of responsibility and commitment to confidentiality with high levels of integrity.


  • Handle the full cycle payroll process (including data collection, organization & entry).
  • Calculate and process payroll by incorporating overtime, shifts, raises, bonuses, etc.
  • Administer hiring/termination process and prepare necessary forms.
  • Administer employee benefits (private medical insurance plan, company cars, vouchers).
  • Enter data into payroll and administrative databases and software programs.
  • Proceed with necessary employees’ records filing.
  • Develop best practices to improve efficiency of payroll processes.
  • Maintain accurate records, produce, and communicate payroll and benefits related reports.
  • Safeguard compliance with the Greek Employment Law (on Payroll) and internal policies.
  • Support process improvement initiatives.
  • Act as point of contact for employees' payroll related queries.
