Payroll & Benefits Assistant

Ogilvy seeks to recruit a Payroll & Benefits Assistant for our team. The ideal candidate will support payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. This role involves handling employee data, communication with external providers, and organizing employee records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. 
  • 1-2 years of experience in payroll or finance-related roles (internship experience is a plus). 
  • Familiarity with Epsilon net system is a plus.  
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and payroll regulations. 
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. 
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills. 

Responsibilities

  • Assist in payroll processing by collecting, verifying, and entering employee data. 
  • Input and maintain employee data in payroll systems and administrative databases (ΕRGΑΝI).  
  • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of salary payments. 
  • Support benefits administration. 
  • Maintain and update employee records related to payroll, benefits and monitoring employee's leaves. 
  • Organize and file employee records, ensuring proper documentation. 
  • Communication with external vendors. 
  • Support audits by ensuring payroll and benefits documentation is accurate and up to date.
