ΙΤ Support Professional

Ogilvy seeks to recruit an ΙΤ Support Professional to provide technical support ensuring the whole company runs smoothly. Must be a service-oriented and self-motivated professional who will be responsible for solving complex technical issues and will also collaborate with team members across all departments to assist them with their technical requirements.

Requirements:

  • Provide first level contact for internal users seeking technical assistance over email ticket system or phone
  • Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time
  • Troubleshoot and determine best solution on each issue
  • Provide remote and local user support
  • Take ownership of cases until their resolution or escalates appropriately
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, Mac OSX), software, computer hardware and networks
  • Provide technical support for software systems and applications
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems and solve hardware or software faults

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a major related to computer science
  • 2 years of relevant experience is a plus
  • Advanced OS skills: Windows 10, OSX
  • Advanced MS Office 365 skills
  • Good knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and network technologies
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in English
