Account Manager, Public Relations

Ogilvy seeks to recruit an Account Manager, Public Relations to work with its team on its top clients. The Manager plays a key role in our team. Reporting to the Group Account Director, they will be the primary contact person with our clients, an agency facilitator, and a trusted partner to both clients and our team. 

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of demonstrable experience working in a PR role with agency background desirable. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 
  • Proven experience in Media Relations, Influencers’ Engagement projects & Event Management. 
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends and social media platforms. 
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills. 
  • Experience in building and implementing a PR and communications strategy. 
  • Experience in organizing and coordinating events. 
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills. 
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English. 

Responsibilities:

  • Actively contribute to the Influencer strategy by recommending objectives, targets, action plans, calendars, and budgets.
  • Manage the day-to-day running of influencer campaigns, from identification and implementation to overseeing and reporting. 
  • Manage the influencer database and ensure it is up-to-date. 
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations for client PR plans.  
  • Monitor media coverage and compile reports to update clients on the outcomes.  
  • Attend client events and conferences as required.  
  • Deliver analytical reports pertaining to PR activations.  
  • Collaborate on brainstorming sessions to generate fresh and creative ideas for PR campaigns.
