Account Manager / Capability: Customer Engagement & Digital / Social Media

Ogilvy seeks to recruit an Account Manager to work with its team on its top clients.

The Account Manager plays a key role in our team. Reporting to the Account Director, she/he will be a primary contact person to our clients, a brand champion, an agency facilitator, and a trusted partner to both clients and our team. We will rely on her/his marketing and business acumen to steward all elements of the advertising process, including project ownership, budget and coordination with all units.

Besides his/her analytical background and passion about digital innovation in telecom & retail industry, the successful candidate must be able to think strategically to identify issues that need to be prioritized or resolved. He/she should have a clear understanding of best practices for executing social media campaigns across all major social channels.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of related experience
  • Passion for Advertising, Digital Technology, Online marketing
  • Social Media & Digital Communication knowledge
  • Ability to drive multi-channel programs and campaign development, working with multi-disciplinary teams in 360 campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of English (written and verbal)
  • Perform daily management of social media campaigns which include: campaign launches, budget management, analytic tracking and reporting, and optimization
  • Enthusiast for community management and passionate about the power of social media to engage with fans in a real & authentic way
