Account Manager / Capability: Customer Engagement & Digital

Ogilvy seeks to recruit an Account Manager to work with its award winning team on a tech related retail client. A great understanding of all different digital media platforms and paid media metrics is required. He/She will be responsible for the project management of different social, digital and e-mail marketing needs, working closely with the rest of the client service team with daily tasks such as decoding client’s requests, composing clear and inspiring briefs to the creative team, tracking project’s milestones until the final delivery. The successful candidate must be able to think strategically as well as creatively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Advertising field is a plus
  • At least 3 - 4 years of relevant experience
  • Digitally fluent, with a good understanding of the digital landscape and how to build solutions to drive results for the client across media
  • Mastery of relevant tools for social media across multiple platforms such as Facebook for Business, Instagram for Business, YouTube for Brands
  • Good knowledge of website design & implementation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and selling skills
  • Fluent in English
