Account Manager / Capability: Customer Engagement & Digital

Ogilvy seeks to recruit an Account Manager to work with its team on its top clients.

The Account Manager plays a key role in our team. Reporting to the Account Director, she/he will be a primary contact person to our clients, a brand champion, an agency facilitator, a trusted partner to both clients and our team. We will rely on her/his marketing and business acumen to steward all elements of the advertising process, including development and communication of all social media strategy & tactical execution, project ownership, budget and coordination with all units.

Besides his/her analytical background and passion about digital innovation on brand and corporate level, the successful candidate must be able to think strategically to identify issues that need to be prioritized or resolved. He/she should have a clear understanding of best practices for executing social media/digital campaigns across all major platforms & a great understanding of trends, KPIs and paid media metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Advertising field
  • 2-3 years of related experience
  • Native-level knowledge of English (written and verbal)
  • Passion for Advertising, Digital Strategy & Technology, Online marketing
  • Extensive Social Media & Digital Communication knowledge
  • Ability to drive multi-channel programs and campaign development, working with multi-disciplinary teams in 360 campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Mastery of relevant tools for daily social media management & campaigns across multiple platforms to include LinkedIn for Business, Facebook for Business, Instagram for Business, YouTube for Brands
  • Data-driven professional with demonstrated experience and working knowledge for social media performance (reporting, analytics and competitive analysis) after gathering and analyzing data and insights needed to formulate development and recommendation for client delivery – Facebook Insights, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, Twitter Analytics, YouTube Analytics, Google Trends & Analytics, Social Bakers, Hootsuite, etc.
  • Enthusiast for community management and passionate about the power of social media to engage with fans in a real & authentic way
