Account Manager, Advertising

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join an agency team and lead 360 integrated campaigns for a major betting client. The right candidate will have strong strategic and operational skills, a proven track record on full-funnel campaign delivery and previous exposure to betting/gaming accounts.

This role is client-facing and requires working closely with creative, media, production and other agency teams to deliver bold, effective brand work. 

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years’ agency experience in account management, with demonstrable work on 360 integrated campaigns. 
  • Direct experience on betting/gaming or similar regulated-category clients is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of brand-building mechanics and 360 campaign planning across offline and online touchpoints. 
  • Supporting the Business Unit Director and fostering a team player environment where all team members can excel.
  • Ability to translate client objectives into clear strategic and creative briefs. 
  • Proven capability to lead cross-disciplinary teams and coordinate end-to-end campaign delivery (planning, budgets, timelines, production). 
  • Exhibiting a keen attention to detail while maintaining a holistic view of the big picture. 
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English. 
  • Proven experience in working with AI tools and systems is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field is a plus. 

Responsibilities:

  • Leading and successfully delivering various projects across integrated channels, while being the client's 'go-to' on all project aspects. 
  • Taking charge of various projects, ensuring regular updates to the Business Unit Director and seeking assistance when necessary. 
  • Cultivating strong collaborative connections with clients in middle management positions. 
  • Receiving project briefs and collaborating with the Business Unit Director, the team and other capability lead to defining an effective project approach. 
  • Leading the execution of projects, including client presentations, internal meetings, managing all creative deliverables according to the agreed timeline, resource allocation, and final output. 
  • Engaging in business-related discussions with clients, handling scope changes appropriately and escalating when necessary.
