Asset Ogilvy Public Relations for Microsoft Hellas’ 25th anniversary

With the opportunity of Microsoft Hellas' 25th anniversary, Asset Ogilvy Public Relations designed and implemented a special gala event full of technology and innovation, aiming at honoring the past and celebrating the future.

More than 280 guests, representatives of the business, political and media scene of the country, as well as company partners, had the opportunity to enter the world of Microsoft and enjoy, for the first time in Greece, a unique lights and sound live act by the English artist Urban Prince.

The event was hosted by Sia Kossioni who welcomed on stage Mr. Nikos Pappas, Minister of Digital Policy, Telecommunications and Information, Peggy Antonakou, Microsoft CEO Greece, Cyprus and Malta, distinguished professor of Physics and member of the Academy of Athens, Mr. Dimitris Nanopoulos and Panos Economou, student of and one of the 300 worldwide Microsoft Ambassadors.

The venue wad set up so as to host unique technological experiences: An interactive tunnel welcomed guests in the world of Microsoft and gave them a first sense of what would follow.  Guests also had the opportunity, assisted by a tablet, to digitally write their wishes for Microsoft and watch them projected in the venue’s main screen in real time.

At the same time, an augmented reality experience, using Microsoft HoloLens glasses, was available, allowing guests to take a virtual tour to our solar system.

The introductory experiences were followed by speeches and discussions on stage, while the night concluded with a very special dinner by chef Dimitris Skarmoutsos (Deipnosofistirio).

The production was conducted in collaboration with Foss Productions.
